Free 20-minute care consult for all services—a confidential, informal space where you can get to know your counsellor. It's a chance to explore your goals, ensure your schedules align, and see if their approach feels supportive for you. Whether you're seeking counselling or coaching, this gentle introduction helps lay the foundation for intentional, aligned work.

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. Sometimes we find ourselves overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying more than we know how to hold. Adult counselling offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of what’s happening—internally and externally.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship shifts, burnout, or simply feeling stuck, these one-on-one sessions are shaped by your pace and your needs. Together, we explore your experiences with curiosity and care, gently untangling patterns and reconnecting you with your inner resources.

This work honors your shared story while creating room for each partner’s unique voice. Together, we explore intimacy in all its forms—emotional, relational, and sexual—as essential threads in the journey of connection and continued growth. All relationship configurations and identities are welcome here. What matters most is your desire to show up with honesty, care, and a willingness to grow—together.

Restorative Coaching

Designed for those seeking intentional change, integration, and greater harmony in life. These virtual one-on-one sessions are a space to realign with your values, nourish self-care practices, and create sustainable balance in your daily rhythm.

We explore what slowing down might offer you—not as a pause from life, but as a return to it.


Life Coaching

Life coaching is a forward-focused process designed to help you clarify goals, build momentum, and take meaningful action in your life. It is about identifying where you want to go and supporting you in getting there. These virtual one-on-one sessions offer a structured space to define personal or professional goals, strengthen motivation and accountability, develop practical strategies for change and build confidence and clarity in decision-making.

Community Talks & Workshops are bookable, guided learning experiences designed to support insight, connection, and practical wellbeing skills. Each session blends evidence‑informed psychoeducation with gentle, inclusive facilitation, creating space for groups to learn, reflect, and engage together. These offerings can be brought into workplaces, schools, teams, and community organizations, and are tailored to the needs, goals, and culture of each group. Whether you’re looking for a one‑time talk or a more interactive workshop, these sessions offer a grounded, accessible way to explore themes that matter to your community.
